Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility requirements are mandatory for all applicants.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the job location
- Clean criminal record
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- South African citizen or permanent resident

Key Responsibilities
As Property Developer you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Prepare architectural designs and specifications
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors and authorities
- Manage building maintenance and facilities services
- Conduct property valuations and feasibility assessments
- Manage budgets, cash flows and project cost controls
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following skills:
- AutoCAD / Revit
- Budget control
- Property law and valuations
- Project and site management
- Negotiation
